I wanted to visit Robberg Nature Reserve and chose Sunrise Bay Self Catering for its convenient location. The free parking feature was a pleasant surprise, and I appreciated the abundance of restaurants in the town center.

We had a fantastic time at Sunrise Bay. Our room was spacious, modern, and clean, with a comfortable bed and well-equipped kitchenette. The bathroom was spacious and the patio was a lovely touch. Avery, the staff member, was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond by washing guests' cars. The pool area was a great place to relax after a day at the beach, and the hotel's location made it convenient to walk to the lagoon and main street. Additionally, there was a large shopping center just a minute's drive away.

The views were breathtaking, and the location was convenient, allowing me to walk into town and to the shopping mall. The self-check-in process was easy, and parking was secure. The new and modern finishes, lovely bathroom, and comfortable bed made me feel right at home. Despite the lack of air conditioning, the fan provided sufficient cooling. The pool, although a bit dirty, was a nice addition to the property. I had a fabulous holiday and would highly recommend this hotel.

The Penthouse at Sunrise Bay Self Catering is like a home away from home! The fully equipped kitchen is a dream come true for someone like me, who loves to cook and enjoy delicious meals during their travels. The extra length king-size bed in the main bedroom is pure luxury! I had the most comfortable nights of sleep during my stay.- The private patio with a built-in braai is a great addition to the two en-suite rooms. It was the perfect spot to enjoy a BBQ while admiring the beautiful surroundings.- Privacy is key, and this unit offers just that.- Can we talk about those sea views? Even the kitchen has a stunning view! Waking up to such breathtaking scenery was a treat for the soul.

Personally, I found the lack of a microwave in unit 2 a bit inconvenient. But hey, I understand that some guests might not mind at all and prefer a more traditional cooking experience.

Although our stay was amazing, there were a couple of minor inconveniences. the lack of air conditioning meant that we had to rely on the fan and it got a bit warm at times.
